Terms & Privacy Notice – Recext-Intelligence
1. Scope of service
Recext-Intelligence provides sourcing, rating, feedback, messaging, and workflow support for recruiters working with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter. The platform supports recruiter workflows, but it does not replace LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, or the user's own review and decision-making.
2. Pilot status
Recext-Intelligence is currently offered as a pilot product. Features, workflows, integrations, limits, and availability may change. Some statuses are updated immediately, while other statuses are confirmed only after refresh or sync actions.
3. Advisory nature
All scores, ratings, summaries, suggestions, generated drafts, and other outputs are advisory only. Users remain fully responsible for candidate selection, communication, hiring decisions, and compliance with applicable laws, internal policies, and platform terms.
4. No guarantees
Recext-Intelligence does not guarantee that any output, profile data, status, rating, or generated text is complete, accurate, available, or suitable for a particular purpose.
5. Data processed in the product
Recext-Intelligence may process account data, recruiter-entered job data, candidate profile data, extracted profile text, ratings, feedback, messaging drafts, queue and sequence state, provider usage data, and operational logs needed to run and secure the service.
6. How data is obtained
Candidate and workflow data may come from information visible through the user's own LinkedIn or LinkedIn Recruiter access, from user input, from generated outputs, and from connected providers used by the product. Recext-Intelligence does not claim that all data used by the product is public-only data.
7. Purpose of processing
Data is processed to provide sourcing, rating, messaging, workflow management, account security, troubleshooting, support, product improvement, and service operations.
8. Third-party providers
Recext-Intelligence uses third-party providers, including LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Unipile, OpenRouter, and other configured language model providers or infrastructure providers. When these providers are used, relevant data may be transmitted to them as part of the requested workflow.
Recext-Intelligence does not control how independent third-party providers operate outside its own service. Users are responsible for selecting providers that fit their legal, contractual, and internal compliance requirements.
9. LinkedIn and platform terms
Recext-Intelligence is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to LinkedIn. Use of LinkedIn or LinkedIn Recruiter data through the product remains subject to the terms, policies, access rights, and restrictions of those platforms. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the product is permitted within those rules.
10. Privacy and retention
Recext-Intelligence retains data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, support operations, and meet legal obligations. Users may request deletion or correction of their data. Verified requests will be handled within a reasonable timeframe unless retention is required by law.
11. Security
Recext-Intelligence applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting their own credentials, cookies, API keys, and connected account access.
12. Support access
Authorized internal access may be used when needed for support, debugging, service maintenance, security investigation, or legal compliance. Such access is limited to service operation needs.
13. Suspension and misuse
Recext-Intelligence may suspend, restrict, or terminate access in cases of misuse, abuse, security risk, non-payment, violation of these terms, or violation of applicable law or third-party terms.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recext-Intelligence is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business damages, including incorrect candidate evaluations, hiring decisions, missed opportunities, provider outages, data inaccuracies, or compliance consequences.
15. Changes
Recext-Intelligence may update these terms, this privacy notice, and the product at any time. Continued use after changes means the updated version applies.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Practical guidance for the main workflows inside Recext Intelligence.
Use the checklist on the home screen first. Start with the extension, LLM, company, job, and criteria setup. LinkedIn setup is only relevant for plans that use connected LinkedIn workflows inside the app.
Individual users can already use native extract and rating inside the extension without connecting LinkedIn in the app.
Typical flow depends on your plan: extension extract/rate for Individual, or setup → sourcing → saved candidates → messaging → sequences for Professional and Enterprise.
Create one job per search or hiring track. Each job stores its own candidates, criteria, scores, feedback, messaging instructions, and queue data.
Use clear company context and a clear job description. Better input improves rating and messaging.
Sourcing is available for Professional and Enterprise when LinkedIn is connected in the app. Use it to search LinkedIn, review candidates, save strong matches, and rate selected profiles.
If needed, let the sourcing agent do part of the work. When you want fresh results, use the hide saved and hide skipped filters so the agent does not keep working on the same profiles.
Save and rate candidates first, then move to Saved candidates to continue the workflow.
Saved candidates is the main working view after sourcing. Use it to review candidates, check scores, filter on messaging state, and manage drafts and sequence work.
This view also shows connection state, InMail state, last contact, and access to LLM feedback.
This is where you decide who to contact and move into messaging or sequences.
Global criteria apply across jobs. Job criteria are role-specific. Configure both before running larger rating batches.
Use LLM feedback when you want to correct how the model judges candidates. This is useful when the score is technically correct but not aligned with your recruiting judgment.
Messaging workflows inside the app are available for Professional and Enterprise. Configure connection and InMail instructions before creating drafts at scale. Keep instructions short, specific, and aligned with the job.
Messaging statuses are tracked in the database and shown again in saved candidates and sequence views. Create drafts after selecting candidates in Saved candidates.
Individual users can still work natively in the extension, but app-based messaging, queueing, and status sync are not part of the Individual workflow.
Sequences are available for Professional and Enterprise. Use sequence lists to review connection and InMail work before or after queueing.
Drafts can be reviewed, queued, refreshed, paused, resumed, and stopped from the sequence flow. If you remove a candidate from sequence detail, that candidate should also leave the active queue for that job.
Without LinkedIn integration in the app, connected sourcing and messaging features stay unavailable. With LinkedIn Classic connected, connection-based workflows become available. With LinkedIn Recruiter connected, the broader Recruiter workflow, Recruiter project features, and InMail workflows become available.
Individual users do not connect LinkedIn inside the app. They can still use native extract and rating in the extension.
If something looks out of sync, refresh the current view first. The database is the source of truth, so the screen should follow after a refresh.
If a candidate, status, or sequence still behaves incorrectly after refresh, treat it as a product bug rather than a workflow step you need to work around manually.
